I received this morning notification of new secure card readers for online bankers (see: http://www.natwest.com/reader) along with yesterday receiving some balance transfer offers (either 0% till October 2008, or 3.9% for the life of the balance). The first of the two offers remains at their traditional 2% transfer fee with the second having no fee (other than the 3.9%).
